A collector's edition of Heaven 17's 1981 album, Penthouse And Pavement, will be released via EMI on Nov. 22nd. The special version includes 3 discs -- a digitally re-mastered version of the album, a collection of previously-unreleased demos from the album, never-before-heard tracks and a DVD collecting promotional videos as well as The Story Of Penthouse And Pavement: 2010 Documentary.
