Ted Nugent has been fined $1,750 in Yuba County Superior Court for baiting deer during the filming of his show Spirit Of The Wild. Nugent entered a no contest plea to the charges by the Department of Fish and Game that he baited a deer and didn't have a deer tag countersigned at the closest possible location. Baiting deer isn't legal in California but is in some states.
