Jazz pianist Harry Whitaker, 68, passed away from an apparent heart attack on Nov. 17th. Whitaker is best known for his work with Roy Ayers and Roberta Flack but recorded with Mtume, the Spinners, Stephanie Mills, Randy Crawford, Phyllis Hyman and many others during the 1980s.
