Eagle Rock Entertainment has announced the release of the new DVD, An Evening With Frank Zappa During Which... The Torture Never Stops, on Nov. 16th. The shows were filmed during Zappa's 1981 Halloween concerts in New York at the Palladium and was intended to be one of 3 television specials.
