Marilyn Manson must have been happy to hear that Gary Numan was back on tour after nearly 15 years. When Numan played the Palace last week in Los Angeles, Manson made a rare guest appearance dueting with Numan on "Down In The Park," a song Manson had covered on a 1995 E.P.
