Steely Dan's Donald Fagen plans to release his 4th solo album next year. Fagen is currently out promoting his upcoming tour with Michael McDonald and Boz Scaggs under the name The Dukes of September Rhythm Revue. McDonald is also trying something a bit new -- he is releasing some unusual songs that he has recorded, one-at-a-time via iTunes with live videos of the tracks on YouTube.
