During Slash's recent performance in Italy on June 10th, an attendee came down from the rafters and tackled Slash (during the "Sweet Child O' Mine" guitar solo) from behind knocking him into the stage monitors. The fall broke the head on the guitar and security grabbed the assailant (only to kick him out of the show.) A video can be seen here.
