Aerosmith's Joe Perry has backtracked on his recent words to the Guardian saying that new material isn't that important to the band anymore. He has now told RollingStone.com, "Looking at the calendar we'll probably be going into the studio sometime around the holidays or maybe in the beginning of next year."
