On Monday, California District Court Judge Christina Snyder tossed out claims by Dr. Dre that WIDEawake Death Row Records put out a new version of his The Chronic album well as a greatest hits set without his permission. The judge ruled that the alterations to the original album were "minor and inconsequential." She did say that she will allow Dre's claims that he has not been paid royalties for his Death Row releases.
