Michael Jackson's final business manager, Tohme Tohme, has asked a judge to unseal detailed financial records from Jackson's estate which he argues could allow him and other creditors to be paid. Tohme filed a claim saying he is entitled to at least $2.3 million from the estate and is entitled to a percentage of revenue from the film This Is It. The former manager claims he negotiated the contracts for the planned concerts and is entitled to 15% of the movie, DVD and album sales revenue. A hearing on the sealed records and Tohme's motion is scheduled for Thursday.
