According to WENN.com, Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh has filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court to get a restraining order placed on his neighbor Nassar Adhoot. Adhoot allegedly trespassed on his property in May and attacked Walsh's personal assistant with a block of wood -- threatening to kill Walsh. Adhoot has approached several of the guitarist's staff and wife.
