Leif Garrett, 48, pleaded no contest to charges of heroin possession on Friday after being arrested in downtown Los Angeles in February. No sentence was given as Garrett is expected to enter a drug treatment program in lieu of jail time. Garrett was sentenced to 90 days in jail after being arrested for the same problem in 2006.
