Stevie Wonder, Emmylou Harris, Elvis Costello and Dave Grohl are among the artists that will pay tribute to Paul McCartney as he receives the third Gershwin Prize for Popular Song from the Library of Congress. The honor will be presented during a concert on June 2nd at the East Room of the White House and debut on PBS on July 28th.
