It was only last year when former Warrant frontman Jani Lane was sentenced to 2 days in jail, 36 months probation, alcohol education classes and community service for driving under the influence. It seems that the singer was pulled over by officers on May 9th in the Woodland Hills area of California and booked on suspicion of DUI. According to an LAPD spokesman, Lane, 46, allegedly sideswiped a parked car and later failed a Breathalyzer and field sobriety test. Lane was released around 3 a.m. the following morning and could be looking at some serious time if found in violation of his probation.
