It seems that Jo Ann Fonzone has given up on David Lee Roth and has filed for divorce in Lehigh County Court. The problem is... that Roth isn't married. Fonzone hasn't been able to come up with photos of the happy couple or even a marriage certificate as she claims she left them in California when she separated from him in 1993. It seems that the court has waived the filing fee as she can't afford it -- as this is the 18th defendant that she's filed a lawsuit, complaint or appeal in federal and county courts since 1997.
