Abdul "Duke" Fakir, the lone surviving original member of the Four Tops, has been sued by Tobi Walker and Ebony Benson, daughters of the late Renaldo "Obie" Benson, for failing to collect all money that is owed to Four Tops LLC.  The plaintiffs are asking for at least $25,000 and a closure of the business (and removal of Fakir as operating manager.)
