Montserratian soca musician Arrow [born Alphonsus Cassell], 60, died of pneumonia caused by complications of brain cancer on Wednesday. Arrow was best known for his 1983 U.K. hit, "Hot Hot Hot," which would be covered in 1987 by Buster Poindexter (which went to #45.) Arrow's version would resurface in 1994 in a World Carnival Mix and go to #38 in the U.K. Arrow released 9 albums during the 1980s.
