According to Blabbermouth, Maryellen and Kevin Burns were awarded $40,000 in their lawsuit against Whitesnake, the Orpheum Theater in Boston and a promoter over significant hearing loss the couple claimed to have suffered during a concert in 2003 where they were moved from seats restricted view to closer seats near a tower of speakers.
