There had to be a good reason for Love And Rockets to cancel from Las Vegas' Edgefest. There was! 15 years after calling it quits, Bauhaus plans to reunite for two shows at the Palladium in Los Angeles on July 10th and 11th. Depending on how those shows fare, the band is considering a full tour. The spirit of Bauhaus did not die when the band broke up in 1983, but lived on in the solo careers of Peter Murphy, Daniel Ash, David J along with splinter groups Tones On Tail and Love And Rockets. A Bauhaus double-CD retrospective, Crackle, will be released on July 7th while a new Love And Rockets single "Resurrection Hex" (from their new album Lift) arrived in stores this week. The reformed Bauhaus will also be filming and recording the two L.A. concerts for possible video release at a later date.
